Dear Lynette,

I recently had the pleasant experience of visiting your premises in the Elizabeth Street Arcade to have my tongue pierced. I am writing to congratulate you on the wonderful standards at your shop. I am a registered nurse with 6 years of experience working in operating theatres. I was very nervous about the possible risks involved with infection. I have to say that even the reception area of your shop began to put my mind at ease. Your staff were professional, informative and upheld an exceptional level of hygiene. The set up of each room and the level of cleanliness and high standard of equipment completely put my mind at ease that I had indeed chosen a centre whose aim was to provide an excellent level of client care.

Please pass on my thanks for their care to your staff, especially Rebecca (thanks for showing me how to change the jewellery). Thank you for striving to achieve a level of excellence in a field which involves the health of your clients - you certainly set a high standard.

Dear Ms Rose,

On 12th April 2001 and again approximately two weeks later I attended The Piercing Shop to get my tongue pierced and the spacer down-sized. Rhys performed the piercing and Sharon the down sizing.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that in all my dealings with the piercing shop I have been impressed with the level of service provided by your staff. Without exception I found them to be informed and informative, competent and confident. Nothing they did or said made me feel any more uncomfortable about the procedure than was absolutely necessary.

I commend you on the demeanour and training of your employees and the presentation of your premises. I have no reservations about recommending your establishment to anyone wishing to get a piece of stainless steel embedded in some part of their body.

Dear Lynette and Piercing Shop Team,

I got my first Professionally done body piercing at your shop, and after noting the difference between a dedicated Body Peircer and a Tattooist who also does piercing, I can say I would never go back again. I've since had another three piercing at your establishment, and without exception they have all turned out well.

In all my dealing with the staff I have been made to feel comfortable with all my questions regarding piercing, including when I had my own performed :)

In short I have enjoyed good service at your establishment, and when ever I feel the need for another piercing you will enjoy my patronage. I would also recommend that anyone looking for a professional body piercing, and the peace of mind that it done hygienically do the same.
